Embark Life Coaching L3C does not give therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The client is solely responsible for their decisions and actions while working with the coach. In the Client/Coach contract, the client will agree to active participation, practice, and homework. The client is accountable for any results that may occur from using Be Set Free Fast or Emotional Freedom Technic. Client will seek out appropriate professional help where needed and be honest in their life history. Terms of confidentiality, refunds, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law, with will laid out in the Coach/Client contract.

Visiting this website does not constitute a client/coach relationship and absolves any obligation of Embark Life Coaching.
Terms & Conditions Document
Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. Coach may terminate immediately for abusive or unsafe conduct. To the the fullest extent allowed by Utah law, Coach's liability for claims related to coaching agreement is limited to the total fees paid by client for the services that gave rise to the claim. Client and Coach agree to try informal resolution first, then mediation, followed by binding arbitration/small claims/ or in a court of Utah.
